- location (geolocation) - we collect and use the unique user ID and the mobile device location on which “Tigro chat” app is installed using GPS, WiFi or wireless triangulation in order to get the location of the mobile device to provide our Service. We only store the location data as long as it is reasonable to provide the Service, and then we will delete the location data related to your profile in “Kid security” app. The Company is able to maintain location data for a longer period of time in order to analyse cumulative trends and indicators. If you will to refuse location data collection, in the settings on the mobile device on which the app is installed, restrict the app access to the location data.
- sound around the device per request of the parent - for a 20 second recording by request or broadcasting an audio signal within a radius of no more than 2 meters for a user with “Tigro chat” app installed, while listening is allowed only to the users with “Kid security” app installed which are registered and connected to the same profile. At the same time information regarding the current recording of audio signal is displayed on the Child mobile device. The Company does not store the audio signal data on its server, only the Parent is allowed to access this information.
- We do not collect information regarding the name and surname of the child, any nickname can be used as a user name..
- Avatar photo. The picture without identifying the child can be used. The Company does not store photos of the Child on its server, only the Parent is allowed to access this data..
- GPS-watch photos. The Company does not store photos of the Child on its server, only the Parent is allowed to access this data
- access to the device usage statistics - in order to display the sound regime type on the child’s phone, the child device battery level, information regarding the percentage of time spent using other apps exceptionally in the confirmed parent app
“Tigro chat” service is used by the Child only by the consent of the Parent, agreeing to this Privacy policy, the Parent consents the collection, processing and storage of the personal data of the Child. If a parent wants to add children under the age of 13 to his/her profile, the Parent must additionally fill in the parental consent form in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998. The child is be able to use the “Tigro chat” Service connected to the Parent profile. The personal information of the child is only available to the Parent in the “Kid security” app. Upon the Agreement, the Company may collect, use the personal information of the child, as described in this Privacy Policy, without transferring it to any third parties.
Parent may contact us in order to review and / or delete any personal information the Company have collected regarding the child or cancel permission to collect the additional information regarding the child. Technical support and cookies.
We do not collect the information when you contact technical support of our Service using WhatsApp of our Service. We can save any messages, which you send us via whatsapp.
